Mill Burn

Fairy land

Life, Photography & Other Mistakes - is now dormant

After the recent heavy rain the Mill Burn was gurgling along merrily under the dense swathe of trees and undergrowth in its little valley that leads it past the interesting old burial ground that lies on the north east side of Kirkcudbright ……. that’s Ker-coo-bree to the rest of you…

This image was blended in Photomatix from four separate exposures, with the camera set on the tripod……. yes, Mary, I have started to carry the tripod around with me after saying for years that they are a complete hindrance. You will observe that it was a windy day which is one of the problems to be encountered with HDR multiple exposures.
